Басманный суд Москвы признал виновными руководителей компании "Социальная инициатива", которые обвинялись в мошенничестве и отмывании денег. Как сообщает РИА Новости, об этом говорится в приговоре, который судья начал зачитывать в понедельник, 18 мая.

На скамье подсудимых находятся бывший президент "Социальной инициативы" Николай Карасев и бывшие топ-менеджеры компании Наталья Карасева, Лариса Мошкина и Сергей Литовченко. По данным следствия, они собирали с населения деньги на строительство жилья, которые затем присваивали.

В ходе разбирательств прокурор попросил приговорить Николая Карасева к 12 годам лишения свободы, Наталью Карасеву – к 11 годам. Мошкина и Литовченко, по мнению гособвинителя, заслужили по 10,5 лет заключения.

Как следует из материалов дела, подсудимые обманули почти 800 вкладчиков, похитив у них в общей сложности около 1,2 миллиарда рублей. На строительство из этих денег было потрачено только 63 миллиона рублей, остальные средства руководители "Социальной инициативы" потратили на личные нужды
